Philip Rayner, the sole owner and proprietor, is a professional adviser who has been in the Construction, Property and Financial Services Industries since 1979 Philip is both Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER) qualified.

Since entering the financial services industry Philip has been an independent financial adviser, owned his own business and is currently the sole trader of 2pm Mortgage & Protection as well being co-owner of 2pm Management Ltd.
