Not great timing to say the least, but whilst people where falling and scrambling out of financial services, I worked my way up from unit, to assistant to branch manager through the 90s, then in 2001 opened up my own mortgage brokerage firm.
My youngest son, Martin Green, joined the firm in 2006, and we have built a team that shares our values and desire to offer clients world class service since then.
Nowadays, I take a less active role in the business, but my wealth of experience is always available when needed for our advisers.
