I am an Architect self-builder and I highly recommend Mayflower. We worked with Mike initially, followed by Glenn, and both been vital to our project, telling us what we could and couldn't do, what was likely be approved by lenders, what to avoid, and would always promptly answer any questions we had. From the outset, Glenn was really helpful and came across as extremely knowledgeable. He was patient with us as we looked at a couple of properties and options before finding the right home. I can't recommend Mayflower highly enough! Outstanding service in every way. Glenn was extremely helpful and kept me informed at all times. Mike was extremely helpful in getting us the right finance deal to land our dream home. His patience, understanding and expert guidance was enlightening having worked with us on two different potential house purchases, one of which was a derelict shell that we backed out of in the end. Furthermore our circumstances weren't quite straight forward as I own my own business which some lenders shy away from and my partner was just starting her own business but Mike found us a number of lenders willing to accept us, and with good rates too.

The entire experience with Mayflower mortgage was hugely reassuring, efficient and quick for us. First contacted Mayflower in December 2021 to investigate possibility of a self build mortgage for our dream home.
