Daniel and Nadine have been fantastic throughout the mortgage process. As first time buyers the process feels like a bit of a black box, but both Nadine and Daniel helped to walk us through, were very responsive and generally made things as stress free as possible. An outstanding performance by Dan at Merit mortgages, at short notice I got a face to face meeting with him, he was professional, polite and very patient with what was a very indecisive me. Dan worked with me to get my original (and first) mortgage. Naturally I was very nervous around the process with it being my first time; but I have since just remortgaged with him again 5 years on from that. His team are great, very responsive and make the process so easy - I barely feel like I did anything at all. The mortgage rate I got was great in compared to the market I could have gotten myself and it was stress free! Thanks Dan and Nadine, really appreciate it.
